Workouts Just for You!

I've had many requests to put together some workouts that can be done at home or in the gym on your own or with a friend. So, here they are! Each workout has a short description about the workout which tells you what to expect. After you purchase a program, you will receive your workout via email within 2 business days. Each program has detailed written description of each exercise in addition to photos of starting point and ending point. See a sample below.
(It is always recommend you get your doctors permission before beginning any exercise program).

Livingroom Bootcamp 1
: This high energy program is done in your livingroom and requires only small dumbbells (5-10lbs). It is designed to burn fat and tone. It can be done 3-5 days a week. Recommended for beginner to intermediate level.

Livingroom Bootcamp 2
: This program can be done in your livingroom with only using small hand weights. It has two different workouts that are to be done on alternate days up to 5 days per week. One day is arms and back day and the other is legs, shoulders and chest day. The program is designed for toning, weight loss and strength building. Recommend for the intermediate to advanced level.

Do you sit at a desk for hours on end? Does your back feel like you're eighty years old? If so, this is the workout for you! This program is designed to strengthen your core (back/abs) to help minimize or eliminate back pain. Best if done 3-4 days per week. Recommended for beginner to intermediate level.

   If you do not see a workout which fits you, I also offer a custom online personal training option. Because of the popularity of the internet in the last decade, there have been numerous studies done on the effectiveness of fitness training without the face-to-face option.
