Turbo 20 This is an exciting new class offered in North Spokane in Franklin Park. The class is 60 minutes in length and consists of 20 minutes weights/resistance training, 20 minutes Plyometrics and 20 minutes cardio. Turbo 20 is designed to maximize the benefits of a well rounded whole body workout. The program is suitable for all levels and can be tailored for desired intensity, so don’t worry if you’re new to exercise. Experience fitness in the outdoors and give this class a try. If you have experienced the outdoor boot camp class, this is similar in that you will utilize small handweights, bodyweight and your environment in the class. |
