The dates for "Burn It 101" are July 6th through July 29th. The cost of the class for the 4 week session will be $120 per person.

Burn It 101! This high energy, fat-burning workout is designed to tone and firm while increasing your muscular endurance. A combination of moderate to high intensity cardiovascular exercises with resistance training ensures you will get total body conditioning with an emphasis on a lean and toned physique. The goal is to burn fat, strengthen and tone muscles while improving balance, coordination, core strength and body awareness. This class is suitable for all fitness levels. Beginners are welcome!
Core and Abs! is a 30 minute class to help you get a stronger and more defined mid section. A combination of abdominal and lower back exercises will not only increase your core strength but help you increase your body's structural endurance.
Men's Ultimate Fitness is designed to increase lean muscle tissue while decreasing bodyfat. You will benefit from an increase in Cardio and Muscular endurance! A combination of Core Exercises, Resistance Training and Cardiovascular Exercises will help you become a more Lean and Fit You!
